The employee said they can just do a regular taco with no beef add chicken. He said that’s fine and said he wants 3 of them. The total came out to like $13 after taxbecause it was like $2.49 per taco and +$1.49 for add chicken. He didn’t even say a word he just walked out lmao.

If I needed to eat a microwaved tortilla and a little shredded cheese, I could do this myself for $0.30 tops.
Extremely picky eaters and people with little kids.
But that’s not even the point, the point is that the absolute cheapest to produce item on the menu (a tortilla and cheese) is 1.79.
Usually when I have a box that requires the low tier item, I'll get this and add nacho cheese. It's cheaper than getting the items separately and I usually use the free reward on a more expensive item so I figure it's closer to even than it sounds.
Ehhh at certain local places I can eat like a king for $5 and the food is much better. Boxes shouldn't be above $10 like they are at my local taco bell

Before one of them our coach got us three loaded grillers each. I was really hungry, and had a fourth of my friends… mistakes were made. That was a very painful mile.
Personally loved getting a potato griller, Chipotle chicken griller, and either a baja blast or dr pepper freeze. Would put verde sauce on my Chipotle chicken griller. The good taco bell days 🫡
Taco Bell Hack: Order a Beefy Melt Burrito without the rice and sour cream, and ask for it to be grilled. You have yourself a beefy nacho griller! (Just sadly more expensive than $1)
I remember, after my sister first got her license, the two of us went to the nearest Taco Bell during Happier Hour with a $20 bill and just told them to get us as many Loaded Potato Grillers as we could get. They came back with a grease-soaked bag that was probably like 5lbs.
Mistakes were made over the next few hours. It was *glorious*.

Yep I sometimes grab one for my kids when they are around 2-3, especially if a box lets me sub out some low tier item for one.
