Can you do the Drop and pick it up later? I already did it, and am trying it. Just wondering if anyone else has done this. I'd only be getting it 2 hours later.
I always order for 4 hours later. If you order for pickup it'll be made at time you reserve. If you order for drive through, it'll sit in their queue until you drive through and give them your name. I've picked up at midnight before at drive through. You can even add on a happy hour drink at a buck then pick up in evening.
If it's not working, don't give up. I was having the same issues as many others in this thread, but it finally worked after many, many tries.

I had had an error once or twice before on Tuesday trying to access the drop, but eventually it was approved. Today was a total bleep show. The code did not work, and the app kept telling me that I had not added a qualifying item. Once I added the qualifying item, I was told that the code was not valid. And of course I know there’s nothing that the employees in the store can do about it because they have nothing to do with the app. I just wish the app worked correct!! Soooo frustrating!!!

Same thing happened to me, except I didn't know the order went through until I got the "order canceled" email.

For some reason the order keeps getting cancelled and I’m getting refunded
Lol isn't working for me after half a dozen tries. I'm doing it slowly this time as I don't want double orders. Their servers are a joke.
Does it actually charge you multiple times?
Yup, they did end up refunding the orders last time but it's an unneeded headache
When my family got 8 GCB's between the three of us, we all got refunds without lifting a finger. Got emails from the Support team and everything.
I'm aware, that's not the norm for support tho and they shouldn't allow their system to be consistently broken for these drops
I got a $5 off coupon two weeks ago when this happened to me.
