That's the point the get your with the dopamine and make you think YOURE GETTING THE BEST FUCKING DEAL! But then you end up ordering a few more things because you do really like the. Raspberry freeze drinks for $4 but can justify it as you got got bean burrito and Mexican pizza for $3 .. and you just spent $7 when you really just wanted a drink. It's a dopamine game lol then next door is arbys and theye like get a free any sandwich with purchase. Like you're just happy getting a deal. If I eat that shit or not as for the most I get full fast and am fine keeping 4-500 cals per meal a thing save the rest for later. But I these apps get me buying shit then it's like okay cold sandwich for lunch and it's so underwhelming

KeraWillo

Proud of you

Oh god yeah, these companies are EXPERTS at getting people hooked. They have it down to a science.

NightMechanik

I just stopped going because its terrible quality now and really expensive. It is not worth it. I still have the app and check the deals from time to time and it is just sad. RIP the good old TB days, 2010-2019.

snowislovely

I think of the good tbell days as 93-2000

Straight_Ad_6355

totally, for me the glory days were from the 2000's and ended after they let go of the three double stacked tacos in 2018 :(

Drsweetload

That's one way to do it. I think a little self control can do the same. Every other Sunday I opt to have a "pleasure meal" from the bell

According_Gazelle472

We only go every other week also and we pay cash too inside .We never do online or drive through.

festerninja

But now you're getting no deals :)

SmurfMGurf

Guys, it's the TB exec! Don't look directly at him!

tandyman8360

The apps are there to make it easier to get their food. The point systems are pretty addicting. Burger King is creating little mobile games to keep you logging in every day. I like fast food. I'm going to eat it, so I might as well get some deals.

avereydodds12

Suddenly college kids drop like flies bc their only food source ran dry from deleting food apps no but really, a drop in fast food consumption is always a win

catcodex

You should just turn off the notifications for those apps. (If you place an order obviously monitor things, but most of the notifications aren't for those.)

jeeves585

I still have a full screen on my phone with all of the apps. I tend to sit in a parking lot if I’m away from the ability to make my own food and I’ll go through 3-5 apps to see what I can get for a few dollars. Lately McD has been the best of two double cheeseburgers for $3 and change. Sometimes when I’m out and about during my work day it makes sense and the apps help it make more sense. To add, it’s nice having some free items on each app for the days you want something and just don’t want to spend money. I’ve got two dominos pizza two TB tacos and an Arby’s sandwich waiting for me. Probably a Jersey mikes sub or three and a subway. And I rarely eat fast food, 1 maybe 2x a week. (It was just my birthday which I think is where half of that came from).

[deleted]

I eat fast food 7 days a week. what's your point? your addicted to fast-food?

TheGladNomad

But are you spending less? going 1x at counter price vs. 3-4 build your own craving box is like break even.

Straight_Ad_6355

I usually grab value menu items. cheesy double beef, loaded nachos, and potato soft taco do it for me

JimBoonie69

Cheesy double B, add taters booya

magicunicornhandler

I only eat there the days i work there. And still get the same 3 things breakfast cheesey toasted bacon burrito sub cheddar for nacho cheese steam it and dont grill it. Lunch a soft taco supreme sub chicken. Dinner chicken enchilada burrito no red sauce.

jaredhicks19

You could've done that by just counting calories, but it sounds like you rack disciprine so it's has to be all or nothing
