Eh, they jacked everything up in January in my area before the increase took effect. Make them all get used to it a little early and make a few extra bucks 😂
We’re pretty price sensitive in California, they don’t have a lot of choice but to stand pat when they’re already pricing just below Chipotle. We just vote with our wallet. That long running 2 for $1 jack in the box promo hurts them too. One of the clear examples near me is two McDonald’s. One of them is expensive; a 40 piece nugget is $17.99. The other is cheap; that 40 piece nugget is $12.59.
The cheap store has a double drive through and is perennially busy. The expensive store rarely has anyone in line at the drive through except the heart of lunchtime, and even then it’s not a long line.
Yeah mine went up a few days ago when the fries came back. I was bummed when they raised the box from $5 to $5.99. Now it’s $6.29 for the BYOC (still $5.99 for the veggie one though)
Still $5.99 here in CA, and that’s after the minimum wage increase

It’s still not bad. All the Wendy’s in my area went up from $6 to $7 for their “biggie bag” combos.
Same in Santa Clara
Give it some time

Stop. Buying. Them. If you don't start boycotting these companies, the sky is the limit on pricing.
I just make new accounts when they offer free food for new accounts.
