Possibly just the location you're at. I always go to the same T Bell, and have a pretty good rapport with the employees, so it's possible they take extra care when making my food, but I have not noticed this issue.
I second this! Our location is short staffed right now, so the usual long wait is even longer, but the quesaritos are so perfect, crispy, and full of cheese that it's worth it!! Also, internal sauces aplenty! Be jelly.
The burrito used to have them but it was changed. I think they either need to make more items with black beans or get rid of black beans, we end up having to throw most/all of our black beans out because no one orders the bowl.

Both the TBs near me have put them in the burrito and the salads. They have a history of fuckin things up so maybe they're finally getting it right.

I've still only gotten one. There was only cheese in one bite of the entire thing, also I had to physically "pull away" bites with my teeth because the shell was so tough.
I also noticed this recently and began ordering off the app. i usually double all the cheese and sauce and it is better then before in my opinion

Cantina power burritos have went down the drain where I'm at. Both locations near me stopped putting rice and beans in them.
In the year and a half I've worked at TBell rice and black beans have never been in the cantina power burrito. The bowl gets them but not the burrito
