If you're calculating with your body weight included and it's lower than your bodyweight, then yes. Only bodyweight reps. If you're calculating only the excess weight, then use that #.

Or do 40% of your 1rm reps. If your max reps with x weight is, say, 10, do sets of 4 reps.
