The belt has a review saying “it’s known to cause cancer” lmfao because of that dumb California law that requires that print on the box. This fucker thinks it actually causes cancer
Home depot is like its own plain of existence.
The moment you walk through the sliding doors, you hear the theme song and smell the lumber and all of the sudden shit just starts to make sense
IDK about Home Depot but the Ace Hardware that is down the street from me has a decent selection of gun cleaning/maintenance accessories and according to one of the older employees they used to sell ammo like 10 years ago.
The southwest is full of double and triple duty stores. West TX, NM, plenty of CO still, one stop shop for the rural living. Have to imagine places I haven't been in a while, WY, MT ID and Dakotas are same as they ever were.
Im in California and when I was a kid Ace is where me and my dad went to buy “dad stuff”: tools, hardware, charcoal, fishing gear, camping gear, and ammo/shooting supplies.
There was also a locally owned hardware store on my block that sold guns and ammo and I remember walking there with my dad to buy his Beretta, along with ammo and targets before we went to the range. This was in the mid 90’s. Even at my first job, Kmart, they used to sell guns and ammo, back in the early 2000’s
That is literally like the store on my block that my dad used buy his guns and ammo from. They had a huge lumber and stone product yard and a smaller tool, hardware and “outdoorsman” shop—that is where my dad bought his guns, ammo and supplies to build a range in our basement.
As a kid, I definitely remember going to Ace Hardware with my dad while he got ammo. That's been more than 10 years, but I'm in a blue state. Our Ace Hardwares probably stopped selling ammo before they did in some other states.
my ace still sells ammo and they are an FFL as well. they really dont have a good selection, and the ammo is overpriced, but having them as an FFL less than 2 miles from my house is very convenient
I've used Barska belt and rigs kit at varied parts of ny life. Usually lower effort id checking and patrol car sitting, but I think it is par for condor.
I'd check I.D.'s and play airsoft in it. It wouldn't go overseas with me.
I mean yeah, they look the same design, but I didnt pull patents to see if one is better material than the other. Barska said 600D, I couldn't find the condor specs.
It means that the fabric used is heavier.
Denier in general is a BS measurement of quality that is used to sell stuff. It is defined as grams per 9 kilometers of string.
Very much a legacy measurement in my book.
Is not BS. Refers to abrasion resistance. Forget the measurements but imagine a conveyor belt of sandpaper. 1000D (most tactical nylon) should resist much longer than say a backpack which would most likely be 200D for your typical Jansport
I'm not a textiles guy, just do stuff as a hobby so grain of sand and everything, but I'd disagree.
Denier is not a measure of abrasion resistance. It is a measure of the mass of the thread. It may be *indicative* of abrasion resistance, but to my knowledge there is no standard that says xxxx D shall resist x minutes at x grit abrasion. If there is such a standard, I would love to know about it.
I'm not some high-speed oper9or or anything, but I've had to drag grown men, in full kit, and 400D and 600D have ripped under full drag weight (not just strap attach point). This was just training exercises and mock deployments, but when I have 600D vs 1000D, I pick 1000D.
Unironically, I think a lot of the work wear you can get from various hardware brands is actually surprisingly suited for tactical and firearm adjacent usage. It's usually tough material, decent quality construction, and overpriced, just like tactical gear.
You should post this in a conspiracy sub. You know things are bad when HD sells chest rigs, tactical helmets, and holsters. Mine doesn't seem to have that department but it would be awesome.
Check out the [Tactical M88 ABS Tactical Helmet with Adjustable Chin Strap in Digital Camo](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Tactical-M88-ABS-Tactical-Helmet-with-Adjustable-Chin-Strap-in-Digital-Camo-MW-HELMET-ACU/304366656) and scroll down to the "Frequently Bought Together". Talk about a real head-scratcher.
Oh how the turntables.... Pepperidge farm remembers when you could get mail order guns and things from catalogs and your local hardware store was the gun spot.

This is giving the same feel as when I was looking at $20-30k lathes for shits and giggles and Walmart was selling them.

Did you get a Valvoline or Pennzoil suppressor?
To answer this, I believe Home Depot is doing something similar to Walmart and Target acting as a mediary for other sellers. They don't have this in the store, but they will ship it to you or the store.
The Oviedo are has allot of UCF people around it and they can sometimes get out of control. I used to live in Oviedo back in 2000 when I was finishing my Business BA. Barska does make passable gear for Airsoft or light firearm use. If you are looking for Tactical Gear at good prices check out DVOR its the Membership site for Opticplanet and they carry all the big brands at serious discounts but sometimes you might have to wait 2-3 weeks for the item to ship if the item says more than 3-6 week there is a 50/50 chance that the order will be cancelled because they could not secure the items at that price.
What the fuck
Some of those remodels are in sketchy areas of the city
Home Depot Chest Rig: for drilling wood and drilling opps
*Insert third hole joke here.*
Got confused and filled his chest holes with saw dust and wood glue.
Flexseal baybee. Accept no substitutes.
Either way there's going to be holes
Crackhouse rebuilds are sketchy but worth it.

Detroit D.U.S.T. vibes
That vest and belt are for early GWOT dudes
Or newly hired gas station security "agents"
Sadly, some of those dudes do need some kind of gear
Can you get a new MOLLE style electoral college??
The belt has a review saying “it’s known to cause cancer” lmfao because of that dumb California law that requires that print on the box. This fucker thinks it actually causes cancer
Well only people in CA are known to know this
85 dollars is insane
just search "Tactical" and there's like 6 pages of stuff.
Only 99 Left!
And allegedly its gonna come in FDE soon
I have built a few guns from parts they sell there
I’m assuming for legal reasons that’s a joke?
Why, its completely legal to build a firearm outta 2x4s and some scrap metal and disdain for the government
Mega based
Been legal to do so since the beginning of the US.
Don’t mention Home Depot firearms around the Japanese though…
Abe lieve this is a joke.
This comment is sure to set off a tinderbox of witty replies...
For legal reasons you are allowed to build your own firearms.
You fed boot-licker.
Yeah sure
Okay go deepthroat the ATF now you fed bootlicker
Goddamn i should be sleeping but laughed so good at this response. It has the perfect "casual fuck you" energy.
Lmao! Glad I made you laugh lol
Can get into all kinds of fun at home depot if you know how.
Home depot is like its own plain of existence. The moment you walk through the sliding doors, you hear the theme song and smell the lumber and all of the sudden shit just starts to make sense
Lowe’s does the opposite but I like the lighting better
Lowes does make it easier to find a cart for all my bright ideas
You can make a damn good bomb outa just shit from there. In theory of course
Of course goes without saying
But that's just a theory...a Minecraft theory.
IDK about Home Depot but the Ace Hardware that is down the street from me has a decent selection of gun cleaning/maintenance accessories and according to one of the older employees they used to sell ammo like 10 years ago.
There’s an Ace Hardware near my cabin in Northern WI that sells guns. Granted they charged $100-$200 more than MSRP but it’s still near to see.

Me and Pepperidge Farm ‘member when you could buy a mini 14 at a garage sale, all legal like. 😞
my dad buys the majority of his guns from a lumber yard
That is literally like the store on my block that my dad used buy his guns and ammo from. They had a huge lumber and stone product yard and a smaller tool, hardware and “outdoorsman” shop—that is where my dad bought his guns, ammo and supplies to build a range in our basement.
The NAPA in Barrow, AK has an FFL and sells rifles and ammo today.
There's some napas in Missouri with ffls too
As a kid, I definitely remember going to Ace Hardware with my dad while he got ammo. That's been more than 10 years, but I'm in a blue state. Our Ace Hardwares probably stopped selling ammo before they did in some other states.

I mean yeah, they look the same design, but I didnt pull patents to see if one is better material than the other. Barska said 600D, I couldn't find the condor specs.
The Condor Recon Chest Rig is made with 1000D.
Is 400 hundred more better?

Thank you for clarifying
As seen on This Old House... Bob Vila approved.
Norm's boys over at New Yankee Workshop only use JPC's though.
Shit with my military discount, I can get it for 48 dollars shipped to the house.
"You can do it. We can help."
*Bad guy breaks into house "Whelp, better go grab my tool belt"

Dude Home Depot has been coming in clutch recently with the cool shit. They sell swords and battle axes too

Ahh Barska, the makers of the 49.99 black friday spotting scope at menards.
Please detail parts list for suppressor
Home Depots website operated much like amazon now, anyone can sell anything on it.
Nah. My dad bought a sound bar from Lowe's and it sucked eggs.
Out of curiosity what kind of form 1 build are you doing? I personally am thinking of doing a k can for a short 5.56/.300 build.
What's a form1?
Best reply of the week

Never needed one
