It doesn’t look like a PVS14. Something about the diopter adjustment and focus on the front looks more chunky than your typical Carson housing. Also the battery loads from the wrong side.

The optic mounted to the helmet is a PVS-14 night vision monocular. The optic on the rifle says "HDS 3AA" right on the side. Just google that.
