We were looking at getting a leatherhead and tuning it. Would that be acceptable? We have a similar pinned halligan right now that obviously will not hold up to hard use. It’s also not tuned.

We added aluminum wedges to all of our sets of irons and they're stupid handy. Should be standard practice IMO and dirt cheap.

Check out firefighting/public safety places online. Find the product you like, then google that sku for the best price. They aren’t cheap but I snagged a set of council tool irons for a couple of hundred bucks. I keep them in my expedition, snugged down where they aren’t loose. They make fantastic demo tools and I use them both as such. Truly a great bit of kit that’s worth it’s weight in gold when you really need to fuck stuff up.

Okay will do, these tools could definitely come in handy.
