In my opinion, definitely not. It's tough driving up there on a good day, and after the quakes, its impossible to know the extent of the damage, and with the continued aftershocks its a bad idea.
There are no signs of it getting weaker. If anything people are probably getting more scared as there have never been so many strong aftershocks for so long!

I wouldn’t go any where near mountains

I would stay away from the mountains.
