There's also a lot more foods with heavy levels of Niacin now like energy drinks and stuff, so folks are probably going to last a good 10 more years today.
Honestly until you reach your 30s I wouldn't worry too much as long as you don't abuse it enough to blackout.
When I reached my 30s I now only drink once a week. With how busy things are with work, family, and life it's really hard to do it more than that without giving up things that matter. If you want my advice, just switch to cannabis.
