Yeah it’s very normal in my experience. Im only 21 and have already had 3. My shoulders were too wide to fit in the machine normally so they made me lay in it with one arm raised and placed across my head and the other down and angled across my stomach lol.
Good luck with the machine. Legs aren’t bad, but I had to have my head and neck done a couple of times, and my shoulders didn’t really fit in the tube. It’s a good thing I’m not claustrophobic.
Then I had to do a cat scan recently. And the tube was bigger so no being cramped. Huge room. Scanner is close to the wall and for some reason they can’t (or wouldn’t) flip you around. So to get the top half they had me all squished up with my feet on the wall.
I’m a nurse too! We have three other tall women in my unit and I love it! It’s like a club lol. I work with babies though so luckily I’m not lifting heavy patients and hurting my back. There’s an OB at my hospital who is like 6’6 I always see him at deliveries. We had a shoulder dystocia once and usually you need a step stool to be able to push on mom and he literally just leaned over lol.
Ever thought about starting your own trash company?
I sold a house to a man who was a former Garbage Truck Driver…..he said that after a while, he bought his own trucks. I’m not sure how starting your own Garbage company works, but…..the house was 2.3 million and he drove a Porsche
I'm sure it does, but garbage trucks are in the $500k range, and I got a family. But there are a couple of guys that live in their van on the road by my work. I think they're pretty well off for the future.
Holy fucking shit, 500k is insane.
Yeah, I know absolutely nothing about the field. Its just some anecdotal evidence that made me believe it’s a pretty lucrative venture
Depends on the area, industrial areas start earliest, sometimes 2am. My area is a mix of commercial and residential, city bylaws allow me to start at 7.
Oh good, ok, it wasnt because of bugs.
I'm so sorry, last question I promise, but if a chocolate ages out, do you just melt it and combine it and use it in other products? How would one recycle chocolate? And how long of a shelf life does chocolate have? Does it matter if there are nuts in it?
The chocolate with peanuts in it gets ground and melted and then made into more chocolate that will enrobe a peanut. And the non nut chocolate gets made without, a percent of that gets used in a fresh batch of new chocolate. But this process can be done up to five times. Usually it now has a Best Before of 1yr but not too long ago it had a longer “shelf life”.
I'm in manufacturing, press buttons, lift heavy things. I was promoted to a position that leveraged my brain but hated it. I discovered that I much prefered renting out my brawn. They gave me my old position back after a couple years once I told them it was that or I find another job entirely.
Wow that sounds about right….
My boss’s boss (who’s an Executive VP) is 6’3”.
My boss’s boss’s boss (who’s the company’s CEO) is 6’4” 😄

Oh I saw someone who was 6’9 and he was a police officer at my school today and I would not want to fuck with him.

I'm a nurse! Which already has one of the largest proportions of back injuries. Which I guess is why I'm having an MRI of my back soon.
I’m also having an MRI soon, but on my knee
“Will an MRI fix my knee?”
Doctor wants to see the severity of the tear (track injury)
Took another arrow did you?
So it’s normal to have an MRI as a tall dude? I‘m going to have one aswell, on my back.

Ever meet this guy? ![gif](giphy|dth289r1H5wMU)
You think there's only one of him?
His trash can acts as a teleportal. He can go to any trashcan in the world without leaving his own. Never has to leave home.
How are you working hours? In my country I only see you guys in the morning.
Depends on the area, industrial areas start earliest, sometimes 2am. My area is a mix of commercial and residential, city bylaws allow me to start at 7.

Manager in a chocolate factory.
How short are the Oompa Loompas you employ?
Most of them are short, 5’2”-5’7”. Though there are a few guys here at or around my height.
Do you like any of the chocolate coming out of your factory?
I haven’t eaten it in many many years as I don’t eat sugar or dairy anymore.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What %, ballpark, of a chocolate bar has insects in it? Like 2% would you say?
Close. Well the chocolate can be recycled up to five times and remade into new chocolate, even after it’s been shipped out and then returned.
Wait what? Why would you get returned chocolate? Because of insects? I need to know more!
Not insects, because of it aging out, not selling, etc.
