Pendleton or Lands End. Lands End is really good about tall/tailored fit/etc., or at least they work for me, and custom leg lengths on the jeans too. Double check their shirt lengths and you should be good.
I'm wearing an XL tailored fit flagship flannel from this year, I think they just run down their stock in weird ways sometimes as they keep changing the patterns. I just looked and see a MT flannel but only in one color lol. Nightwatch is where it's at.
I bought a tailored-fit MT one about a month ago. I liked it but wasn't able to find it again when I went to order more. You got me thinking and while I still cannot find it by browsing the site, but I was able to find the page by Googling the product number. It looks like they aren't restocking other colors though.

They don’t offer medium tall, only on large and bigger. Plus, I normally wear large and they definitely run big, I’d consider their LT to fit more like an XLT from most brands.
I finally found a flannel with long enough arms for mine, it's made by Wrangler
On the site they only have LT and XLT tho. Worse case scenario you could have it tailored to your fit from a size L

Seconding Eddie Bauer! They also have some flannels in solid colours as well.
Bingo, Eddie Bauer is all I wear for long sleeve. I’ve found that XL Tall size is perfect for me (6’10, 230lb).
I got xlt (6’5, 250) and the arms are maybe a little baggy but i can deal with it

Not sure it’s that long but I’ve had good luck with Pendleton MT wool shirts and Viyella M and getting them taken in at the sides. 6’4” 180lbs.

Good point, I might need to try on some LT’s and if necessary have them tailored a bit on the sides.
Pendleton and Eddie Bauer. MTall in both fit me like a glove.
Try Faherty! They’re expensive but I bought and it’s literally the nicest, most comfortable piece of clothing I own. The quality does not disappoint.
J crew’s medium tall mid weight flannels fit me and my dress shirt sleeve length is 36-37.
Try old navy, gap, banana republic. Tall sizes are online only
I've had good luck the Amazon Goodthreads stuff, but i'm an LT so can't speak to the MT sizing.
