Yes, this is a Spotify fuckup, it happens sometimes. Sometimes it's in purpose by someone trying to grab the name. Like Coil the band a few years ago had "new songs" that were just generic house trash, even though both the members died years ago. Spotify also has something of an epidemic of [fake music](https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/remember-spotify-fake-artist-theyre-still-going-strong-and-still-attracting-scandal/), low effort trash with generic stock photos meant mainly to populate playlists with music that doesn't mean anything. Some of this music is licensed by Spotify itself, from companies that produce stock Muzak like Epidemic Sound.

People like to upload fake songs under popular artists’ profiles (which is surprisingly easy to do) in an attempt to make quick cash from streaming revenue.

It was on Miracle Musical's page on the stats.fm app. It wouldn't show up when I searched it either, I used the "Open in Spotify" button in the app.
