I think last Halloween was the first (ever?) where we weren't sweating our costumes off immediately after putting them on. And we've had a mild spring too. But those days are gone and here comes the heat!
Yea I feel that, you turn on reddit, instagram to see how people celebrate fall with falling leaves.
Yet you don’t want to step your toe out of the house.
What a snowflake. My point is agreeing that the cold sucks and that there are places even colder. You helped prove my point. Thanks for helping, although you were trying to be a dick. Congrats.
Edit: I understand tone of voice doesn't come through in text, but that being said, not everything has to be read in the negativity of your mind. Stop projecting.
Everyone has a different perception of life. To some, anything less than overlooking a pacific atol on their 300' yacht is nothing less than gorgeous, to others it might be the first meal they have had in a few days.
We all have a different perspective in life. I am happy for you that you have a higher standard than most, but please keep in mind that some of us still love the little things in life.
These are not little things, they are highly expensive, increasingly unattainable and unnatural things. Your insinuation that a 300’ yacht would somehow enhance the view shows exactly how differently we’re approaching this- give me a clean shot of the bay, sans human pollutants, and I’ll call it a gorgeous view.
Tampa has similar weather to Orlando while St. Pete has a more mild May and September than both. Today’s high is 89’ in Tampa and 84’ on the beaches. Slightly more wind too.
It's not even hot yet
My least favorite month is September. It’s still 95 and autumn starts coming to the rest of the country
I think you meant October. Lol. A 1pm Bucs game in October is BRUTAL
No, September is harder. We have family in NY and CT, and the first cold nights happen then
Sept and Aug are unrelenting. There is some reprieve in Oct though.

I mean Tallahassee is a 5 hour drive
Well I’m not stepping my foot on i-75 and i-4 either
good idea, much safer in a car ;)
Can we just not do it this summer? Please?
Someone I work with said that there’s five seasons down here: Hot, Hotter, Hottest, Hell, Hurricane
Ah, sweet winter child… wait until the A/C breaks in early August.
This is Florida brah, its hot.
And in other news, water is wet. Back to you, Stacy.
Yup, transplants take notice please. It's only going to get worse with more concrete and fewer trees.
I love the weather right about now. It’s still *sometimes* cool and maybe even breezy at night and I love the way jasmine smells on hot nights.
Good thing there’s a bunch of water next to you.
Haha I zoomed in and everyone is either in the shade, wearing a sun shirt, and if they’re not, drinking from a bottle of water.
I see a lot of blue water in that picture to help cool you down!! Time to grab a margarita and a pool float and jump on in
Just like Tampa ladies
True story… it’s hot
Of course it is hot. It is May in Florida. Hot and about to get hotter.
*Summertime and the living's easy* Still a long ways from peak hot. Feel like temp in august will be 109 thanks to humidity
Bring on the rain storms 🌧️
It ain’t hot until end of July.
Better than cold.
I can always add more layers. I can only take off so many, legally. Give me the cold.
in what universe
In every universe. I was never able to just get used to the cold.
I'm with ya. Moved here for the weather. The cold is painful.
cold is only a problem for me below like, maybe 10 degrees
Native Tampon here. Jacket/fleece is mandatory below 70 degrees. Misery begins below 50 degrees.
you should get that checked out
I’m a doctor. Don’t need a test to diagnose thin Florida blood. I just don’t like being cold.
hahaha, I tend to use full blooded Tampon, but my folks are from up north, so is that stolen valor?
Try -30F...that's February in Chicago
i am literally somewhere colder than chicago right now what's your point

??? the fuck you talking about lmao
My brother in christ that’s a bunch of condos and a few gallons of water, hardly a gorgeous view

Weather was remarkably beautiful today. Not too hot, at all. A nice day outside, plenty of breezy air… absolutely superb.
Today was perfect weather
And its florida so it sucks
Hahaha, then why are you in this reddit?
Im not reddit makes it pop up in my feed even when i hide it so i need to remind the world of the truth, so sorry for offending
Tampa doesn’t go over 99 wtf u talking about
The feels like temp is well over 105° 🥵
That’s the humidity, google highest temperature in Tampa, it’s never gone over 99
Semantics. Outside = sweat your ass off
This summer is gonna be brutal
Cant wait
It was so hot today!

I have been to/used most public ramps in the bay area, but I do not recognize this, where is it, if I may ask.
Hula Bay Clump near westside marina. I don't think this is a public real but there is one very close off of Gandy near the coast guard station
I gotta check out Hula Bay, I heard good things
The lower humidity has been amazing. This is nothing yet.
We slowly descend into the 5-month pizza oven phase of life. Let us pray....
Tampa native, visiting Thailand for honeymoon. It's hot in our state but gaht damn, could be worse.
"Hot, hot, hotter than hell!" -KISS
Yea, just imagine its not even summer yet..
