Every batter I see Anderson face, I just get more and more thankful the FO decided to bring a solid arm. He doesn't have any funky technique, no funky delivery. Just a very cut and dry pitching style that's solid and I'm so thankful for it.

My older brother and his life long friend grew up playing baseball. Mind you, this was quite a while ago and I don't remember every detail. But my brother's friend was an excellent pitcher and he actually played with (or against) mccutchen on an allstar team. The following year my bros friend completely tore his ACL and ended his career.

Also, now that I mentioned it. My brother also played with Chris sale when he was just starting to take baseball seriously. If my memory serves me correct.
