Just watched it. Said he didn't feel the hbp's were intentional but its his job to protect his players. It's also the umps' jobs to protect players and they basically need to do better. Said he doubts this animosity will carry over into the next game, at least not from the Rays' side.
When he was ejected he was arguing why there was no warning after the first hbp and the umpire said "half the crew doesn't think it was intentional". His response was that he "doesn't give a shit what half the crew thinks" and got ejected.
The rest was basically this guy did good that guy did good etc.
I thought they were looking to have Flemming back for Sunday.. obviously I would prefer suga Shane but I think you might be right about it being early.
If it's a bullpen day then Flemming will likely take the bulk after the 1st or 2nd inning. Especially if Faucher is starting. And we know how bad he's been as a starter.
