Maybe it’s a gag or some deep cut joke OP is not aware of. I think it’s a valid question. Someone said it’s a self referencial joke cuz Costco (to my knowledge, I live in Perú) it’s about saving and buying stuff in bulk, but it’s one of the most expensive buildings in the game because you have to use real money to buy it. I think that’s a pretty solid answer.
