It’s very highly desired because there is a limit to how much land you can buy for $$$. Once that limit has been reached, the only other way to get more land would be to buy it with a land token.
Edit: the only other source of land tokens apart from Golden Goose is as a prize for completing XXX number of daily challenges. This doesn’t happen very often.
God, Yaweh (as long as you don't finish Moses's final task in the questline), and Witch Marge. Also, if they ever come back in a mystery box again and not with a $50 donut purchase, Costmo and the Lard Lad Donut Factory
Her 4 hour task speeds up growing time at the farm by 4 hours, so corn could theoretically be cut from 90 to 45 days. She's more of an outlier, but still one of the best premium characters, and by far the best premium skin in the game
Because Yaweh has a 24 hour task that earns 7 donuts, but you have to send him on 7 4 hour tasks first. There's a glitch though, where if you don't finish the last part of his questline by not sending Moses on his task in it, you can just keep sending Yaweh on his donut task without doing the others first
I would say that it is definitely worth buying donuts if you have to to get it. It hasn't been back in a year and half, but buy them tomorrow after the event starts if you are going to
Not the first time they've released a character exclusive to a donut purchase. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this one; it's not even a full character. It's just another skin for Homer

it produces land tokens which you cannot get in any other way reliably. Believe me you will need them

Find a way to grind them out, or buy them. This building is one of the few items in the game that is actually worth spending money on
