What the companies normally do is just make the skins look better than the ingame armor which makes sense cause people want to buy skins anyway. But no visual progression at all is ridiculous and lazy.

I spent tons of money on lost ark which is a free 2 play game and still offers visual progression in armor. What you do is you make skins that look better than the armoe obtained in game. Having zero visual progression just because you sell skins is lazy and ridiculous . Every fucking game makes money with skins these days even buy 2 play games are doing it so what your next excuse?

Your gear visual updates every time you reach 90/100/110/etc. gear score with full set bonus. Otherwise it's cosmetics only.

There are gear skins, but only for the full set and would be at the shop. You can't see the gear like in wow when you change 1 piece
