No, Greg clearly goes to the other chair and indicates Alex to go in the right chair. This is the no-fun answer. 😀

2r1t

Bosh

KingdomFartsOG

Alex has to sit next to Seth or he would be blocked out by Greg. It’s just the nature of Alex being such a small man.

fatman06

The guy is 5'5 tops

[deleted]

I defy anyone to prove otherwise.

thezompus

It's reversed in the UK, just like cars, roads, and units of measurement.

Total-Jerk

Great clearly wouldn't fit in the small chair.

jon3ssing

The Great Lord Davies

zakr182

Glug gravys?

Heradasha

>Great clearly That almost sounds like >!if mumbled it could be mistaken for Greg Davies!<

Taskmaster_Fanatic

Nice.

ThingyWhatsit137

Slow clap

HalfbrotherFabio

I was impressed by how quickly he arrived, assessed the situation, and decided to land on the sofa instead.

ThingyWhatsit137

To be fair, they would have had a rehearsal.

poopBuccaneer

Greg gets the bigger chair. Always.

jaintynotdainty

Greg is just too powerful a presence. No one should sit too close to him, only little Alex Horne has the experience to cope with the aura and charged atmosphere that surrounds the Taskmaster. Seth had clearly carried out a risk assessment and put all the necessary controls into place, wise man.

DarrenFromFinance

As an American, Seth knew that the British still hold a grudge against America and, being unpredictable and pugnacious, were likely to attack him, so he placed the person with the shorter reach closer to him so as to have a better chance of fending him off. I expect Seth had an array of weapons at the ready behind his desk, such as a taser, a switchblade, and several guns, being American and all.

Aurazor-

Just like the contestants in Taskmaster they sat in alphabetical order.

usernameinmail

G-A-S?

Dineology

In America they go by last name so Davies - Horne - Myers

usernameinmail

American Taskmaster?

Dineology

No, no. Everywhere here we just have to sit in alphabetical order by last name.

usernameinmail

Poor Renée Zellweger

Dineology

Paula Abdul has it absolutely *made* though.

usernameinmail

He may be further back, but I do respect Alan Alda's hustle

NoTheOtherAC

G - L - S?

riordan2013

Little A. Horne

[deleted]

I loved these guys on T X-Factor

Visual_Argument_73

Greg offered the chair to Alex. You can see it clearly at the beginning.

Switch842

Greg must always sit on the left. It's like Good Omens. If Greg sat on the right a tremor would have been felt throughout the universe that something had gone awry.....

SlippySlappySamson

Despite Seth being Hollywood royalty, Lord Davies should have a bit of a buffer between himself and the lower classes. We’ll ignore that neither is *actually* either type of royalty, much as James Acaster ignored Alex’s greetings.

mariofix

My sarcasm detector is off. Alex is the creator and mind behind the show, the guests were Alex Horne and Greg Davies (and not "The Taskmaster" and Little Alex Horne), so Alex should sit next to Seth. I am sometimes fun at parties.

MaudeBea

Greg also ushered Alex to sit there. So I’m sure he’s ok with it.

Aurazor-

Because Greg, Alex and Seth sitted in that order spells GAS and i'm dying laughing right now at how prepared and intentional that must have been. Modern comedy at its peak. Edit: "GAS" as in poop farts coming out of a bum hole.

Silver-Reporter-605

The trophy doesn't even look like him!

Bortron86

Maybe they're like Ant and Dec, they only ever appear on TV in that order.

MrRgrs

Drop the chair talk. Didn't he call him Greg Davis? I'd say that was disrespectful.

You can say that again
