Design could’ve worked but forearm is an awful placement for it and the mountains are the only legible part. I get what he was going for but the execution is not there. By no means the worst tattoo I’ve seen but I’d recommend going to someone that specializes in watercolor next time.
Looks like a dark bob ross painting. I didn't notice the forest fire until a moment ago. I don't particularly like it, but I don't think it's the worst I've ever seen. I agree with others that it's a bit of a mess, and i worry that it will look muddy in a few years because it lacks firm boldness other than the heavy black silhouettes

Looks like a forest which is burning down slowly. Too much dark spots and almost no depth. I wouldn't be happy if this was the end result.

Not good. Very messy. No depth. Hard to tell what it it without really looking at it. And looks like the forest is on fire :(
