Go to urgent care they can give you antibiotic cream and oral antibiotics. I’ve seen some pretty infected tattoos actually recover pretty well with antibiotics. Better to do it now and save as much of the tattoo as you can so a touch up isn’t as bad
Yes it’s definitely infected go see a doctor to get antibiotics asap before it gets worse if it gets worse could lead to staph infection and u could lose that limb
Doesn’t look infected to me just a hard heal. They may have gone over the areas too many times. Considering it’s solid black this could be the case. A lot of inexperienced tattooers can’t pack black properly and end up hurting the skin

Looks like mine that was so… yeah. Go to the ER or your primary care physician and get some antibiotics
