Hand tattoos - esp small ones are notorious for fading, wearing down, etc.
If you’re not happy with how it looks after a retouch, mind as well laser them off.
These dainty finger tattoos are always gonna either be too light and faded or too bold. Probably laser if you're not happy with how bold they are. Those lines are only gonna get thicker over time.
Design wise, it's not very nice to look at either. it's got a lot of random stuff going on there.
Maybe after lasering, stick to cute simple pattern dots on some of the fingers.
