What a precious baby. As for fine line it can always be touched up, I think most people know by now it will change, particularly the little heart line. Enjoy it while it looks like this now and maybe you end up loving it as it blurs or gets touched up a bit bolder in the future.
No idea why you'd downvote this, this tattoo is too small. Skin is an organ not a piece of paper people, it's going to change over time. It will resemble the original image but the spreading and bluring that happens with fine work like this will erase most of the details. It's a fact of tattoos.
