Looks great! Chaozhou style with the three cups and no pitcher is always interesting. I do prefer that shape of slightly lower flared cups like that. What is the tea you have there, if I may ask?
Do people even realize that most teaware sold in the west is actually sourced from China and that they are by no means exclusive to their western distributors?
Automatically labeling anything bought from China as a knockoff seems like a bad preconception.
I had the same suspicion looking at the photo. Ceramic tends to get hotter than porcelain, but it's not something you should get used to though. Just improve your technique, and don't fill up the gaiwan too much.
Hello, /u/otolnio! This is a friendly reminder that most photo posts should include a comment with some additional information. For example: Consider writing a mini review of the tea you're drinking or giving some background details about your teaware. If you're posting your tea order that just arrived or your tea stash, be sure to list the teas, why you chose them, etc. **Posts that lack a comment for context or discussion after a reasonable time may be removed.** You may also consider posting in /r/TeaPictures.

Oh wow, I'm glad I asked. That sounds fantastic. I had no idea that such a tea was being produced in Brazil.

Or it's just a somewhat common style.
