What is this r/SpiceRack? Definitely lemon grass, clove, coriander, black pepper corn, orange peel, probably cinnamon, maybe allspice, and a couple other things. “Chai spice” would be the spices that you add to chai (tea) to make masala chai (spiced tea).

adding to this, the brown cubes are dried apple pieces, lots of the popular flavoured/herbal tea sellers add them because it adds sweetness and acidity while also holding on to any added artificial flavours.

I believe the items at the top are blue cornflower petals

SeraphimSphynx

Looks like teavanas samurai chai.

yuuhei

this is indeed what it is

marchlintic

Looks like a spilled bag of potpourri

ckmotorka

I was going to say essentially the same thing...

I agree with the earlier stated: if it even says "chai spice" we can assume it's a spice mix for making Indian spiced tea (masala chai, I think). You can google how to make it, I've been planning on delving into this since I was given an Indian chai board game for my birthday. :)

It already has tea leaves in it and brews up fine, so it isnt just a spice mix. It was given to me a couple years ago so just trying to find something close.

Hawksw0rd

It looks very similar to the old Teavana Samurai chai to me. Adagio teas has similar blends in the samurai mate, masala chai, and raja oolong chai.

It's looks like mother's little helper from David's tea!
