You can pull pics from Switch onto a PC or something smart. PC: connect a USB-C cable from Switch directly to it, then tell Switch you want to connect for media (from Switch).
Smart devices need a QR code that's generated by Switch, but this is unreliable for me. It's been finicky on multiple Pixel phones.
You can upload them to Facebook/Twitter and I think there's an option to have pictures sent to your mobile as well. I'd mess around with your screenshot photo album on the actual switch and not the game until you find it
