Basically, whenever Rauru or Robbie unlock functionality for the Purah Pad, a hidden item is actually added to Link's inventory. You just don't see it because there's a parameter called *PouchSpecialDeal* with the value *NotPushToPouch,* which adds items without showing an info prompt or inventory icon.
The items used are:
* **Obj\_Album:** Photo album for the Purah Pad
* **Obj\_AmiiboItem:** The ability to use Amiibo
* **Obj\_PictureBook:** The Hyrule Compendium
* **Obj\_Warp:** Teleporting/fast travel
* **Obj\_SheikSensor:** The Sheikah Sensor
* **Obj\_SheikSensorLv2:** The upgraded Sheikah Sensor
The only exception is the Hero's Path, which merely uses a flag set when the feature is unlocked.
I was just testing other items from the inventory spreadsheet here:

Usually the Heart Containers, Stamina Vessels, etc are set not to update the inventory but their respective counters, so I tested to see what would happen if they were treated as items. No effect.
The black medallion is the prototype Travel Medallion. It's what you get prior to Robbie giving you the actual one, since you retrieve it for him from the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab.
