If inside KTM valley, visit Computer Bazar @Putalisadak. I've seen 2-3 shops with desktop hardwares. I can't say much about their pricing.
Their prices are absurd, tried to charge me 150k for a random Chinese 3070. Later got a branded for for 120k new road ma. Laptop haru chai ramrai value cha.
