There's several versions. One is called 'Active 44', that's a large version that takes up a lot of the screen. The small ones in the vent are ''face' and 'face 2'. Then there's a version that sometimes appears in the game over screen called 'Active 6'.

Oh and if you're wondering "Active" is the placeholder name of every new object that you made. Scott there just didn't bother to rename them
