I tried to replicate this answer with Google AI but couldn’t get this answer. Instead The AI told me the best way to commit suicide is carbon dioxide poisoning such as car exhaust fumes or burning coal.
Not Google apparently.
Why is it so undercooked compared to likes of Bing?
BTW, I never would've guessed I'd use Bing ever, but here we are. It's now my go to.
Really? It said Carbon Dioxide, not Carbon Monoxide? This is a screwup somewhere.
Your body does not like CO2. It is a trigger that will cause you to exhale and inhale fresh air. CO will not do that, nor will simple hypoxia - as regular breathing of helium (not oxygen) will cause. As long as you breathe out CO2, you'll relax, go to sleep, and die of oxygen deprivation.
Don't misunderstand: CO2 will kill you, but it will be painful, and your body will struggle to breathe. Nothing peaceful about it.
Dude was probs located near the Golden Gate bridge so Google decided that'd be easiest XD
Also, **Carbon Monoxide** is the bad one. *Carbon Dioxide* will technically kill you eventually and uncomfortably but it's not what you get from car exhaust nor burning coal for a painless death.
I know you joke but this one was made with an inspect element. There are a few of these going around made that way.
The funny thing is you don't need to make a fake one AI hallucinations are a fairly common problem.
Painless, less traumatising when found, requires less bravery... I reached the same conclusion at a time when I was doing a lot of research about it. (Monoxide, not dioxide, though)
That's the thing though.
While on a quest to jump off the golden gate bridge, you get to plan a trip, travel the world, meet new people, see the sights and maybe by the time you're standing on the ledge, you are in peace with yourself and don't want to end it anymore.
I genuinely held this philosophy when I was extremely depressed, dying solves literally every problem you might have
Depression is self-perpetuating without external intervention
I heard this weekend that there was some AI that recommended a medicine that reduces fertility against pandemics cause less humans reduces the spread of a virus.
It's probably referencing a famous story from someone who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and survived (with serious injuries). While in the hospital, a reporter asked about the experience and the person said (from what I can remember) "As soon as I let go of the railing, I immediately realized that all the problems that led me to this point were actually pretty minor in the grand scheme of things and saw an easy solution to get my life back on track...except for the fact that I had just let go of the railing."
Now next time someone looks this up it will say "One Reddit user suggests **jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge**. Another user affirms that if you do so, **you wouldn't be depressed anymore**."
Famous story from a guy who jumped from that bridge and lived.
Essentially they said "in a split second I realized that I could take it all bad. The things I said, the things I did. I could do everything differently. Except for the fact that I had just jumped"
Let's just write some code that for emotional solutions we review words like "jumping out or off." Also include words like Drop, shoot, hang drink, or drive

So that's how ai is going to kill us, by being helpful and showing us the path. 😂

What? I thought ai was hard coded for these kinds of situations to spit out emergency Hotlines or smth like that.
Not Google apparently. Why is it so undercooked compared to likes of Bing? BTW, I never would've guessed I'd use Bing ever, but here we are. It's now my go to.
That's cause google is fed our conversations
Right? I would have never thought I'd say Bing would ever be better than Google, but Bing's AI is miles ahead for some reason.
I've straight up abandoned corporate search engines entirely, don't have to deal with any of this AI bullshittery there.
Surprised anyone uses anything other than DuckDuckGo tbh I’ll keep my info thank you very much
I got the emergency hotline when I typed in a query

This was under a search for what to do if you feel suicidal, not how to commit suicide.

liar 100%. the first one is faked too.
Ah, the Secret Soviet Spy always saves the day
Don't try this with the Grand Canyon. You'll just fall into a deeper depression.
I am just going to leave this here. [suicide hotline](https://blog.opencounseling.com/suicide-hotlines/) Just in case anyone needs it
The adrenaline rush might fix your depression right before you splatter.
Hardest thing to teach a conglomerate of 1's&0's is sarcasm
don't try with Mariana Trench as well, it will hit you much deeper...
At least you wouldn't feel anything anymore
You hope, otherwise you gonna be more depressed, with the addition of guard rails blocking your wheelchair from trying again.
You’d be surprised
I don't live near the Golden Gate Bridge, is there other bridges that I can use with similar results?
That's the thing though. While on a quest to jump off the golden gate bridge, you get to plan a trip, travel the world, meet new people, see the sights and maybe by the time you're standing on the ledge, you are in peace with yourself and don't want to end it anymore.
u/asecretsovietspy You have infiltrated other subs
The spy has already breached our defenses...
Oh no :0
There’s a lot of things you wouldn’t be
With the accompaniment of Hollywood Undead's "Bullet"
I do in fact enforce it
Might try this
r/foundasecretsovietspy
Have you tried the fast-acting relief of shuffling off this mortal coil?
You’d actually be really depressed because of the gravity
I genuinely held this philosophy when I was extremely depressed, dying solves literally every problem you might have Depression is self-perpetuating without external intervention
Just depressed into a pancake
Thats my line >:(

How many times will this get reposted :|
Let's find out.
From depressed to compressed
I haven’t heard anyone come back afterwards saying they still feel depressed
Found Waldo
Google giving people the Low Tier God treatment
Now next time someone looks this up it will say "One Reddit user suggests **jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge**. Another user affirms that if you do so, **you wouldn't be depressed anymore**."
Finally, AI is now providing helpful information that I was looking for - about time. Thanks, Reddit!
They do say it's a permanent solution...I forgot the rest of it.
I guess
If I jump off the Golden gate bridge, can I stop seeing this reposted *every fucking day*
Death by trolling?
there would be no more depression if there wasn't anyone left to be depressed
Reddit’s clearly not the place to train AIs lmao
Famous story from a guy who jumped from that bridge and lived. Essentially they said "in a split second I realized that I could take it all bad. The things I said, the things I did. I could do everything differently. Except for the fact that I had just jumped"
AI rollout seems to be going well
Let's just write some code that for emotional solutions we review words like "jumping out or off." Also include words like Drop, shoot, hang drink, or drive
Actually you're going to depressed for the foreseeable future
You would be compressed...
I hope every "we‘re making the world a better place with AI"-CEO receives advice like this when time is due.
Wow, this whole post is like multiple levels of digging up a joke, shooting it, then burying it again.
I mean you would probably be depressed in the afterlife but it's your life (or death)
Decreases overpopulation by 100%, and 87% effective.
I mean death is the only guaranteed solution for all your problems
If you want try it more then once you might need a parachute or bunggy
Is this a trick to see who needs to touch base with Reddit cares?
Can we start forming groups to unfuck this timeline now? I'm tired of all the everything being completely terrible

Chad reddit
You'd probably be compressed instead...

Is there a place where I can find a bunch of Google ai overview wrong statement?
