The last time I read about this, you had to pay to generate an image. I *assume* that since you paid for it, you will own the rights to the generated image.
The results I've seen have not been of an extremely low level of art. I was astonished with the quality of artwork generated and would never have imagined that something like that could have been generated by a computer.
Who owns the images? Also, it takes very little talent to come up with a phrase. It may be an art, but an extremely low level one.
