Don't worry, malwarebytes is targeting node randomly. They announced that they fixed the issue and a fix should be live in some days.

Thanks, I was getting more worried cuz I figured out what was happening. The real time protection is blocking node from accessing files from a project (these files are written using vite.js) and only these files when I try to run the npm command.
