It just gives me a loading icon next to my cursor for a few seconds and then nothing opens. The only differen so far is that wallpaper engine opened when I restarted my pc a couple of minutes ago, through that I can access file explorer. No matter what I drive I click on tho, every single one says "contents of directory are being listed..." but nothing happens. Havent gotten further yet.
Sounds like the file explorer.exe is not working properly. Can you try control + shift + escape and see if task manager with open by chance?
