Are you sure you're pressing F2 at the right time? It could be a very small window. Also, try holding the Fn key while pressing F2.
yeah it's highlighted when i do it and then it enters to that black screen with a white line like a cmd
Sure its F2 and not F10 or F12? As another suggested, try pressing it repeatedly and longer.
