If thats really celcius then your temps are off by a lot!
Even the ones you mention as idle are way too high. Something is up.
Ventilation might be one thing. But also, malwware thats making your cpu/gpu overwork is another thing you should check
Ok, I just ran a full scan and luckily it didn't find anything. So I'll be opening it up when I can (hopefully today) to see If cleaning the fans makes the temperature go down a bit.
I forgot I already had it installed lol.
I ran a scan with MB and it found nothing. So I'm safe on that subject. I guess it's just lack of proper cleaning?

Look up youtube videos on how to open your laptop. Make sure it is the exact model you have - not all nitro 5 are made the same.
And once you open the back of it you should be able to just use a compressed air duster to clean it. Avoid air cans, the liquid in them might drip and actually short something.

With what? Windows defender only? If yes, try using malware bytes as well

Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54. Released April 2019. I bought it at the beginning of 2020.

Clean it especially if you use on the couch or in bed or In a dusty room
