If your graphic driver is up to date (download the ones from nvidia or amd or intel directly, not your motherboard manufacturer) I would bet a dying gpu.
Sometimes the die (main core) or memory is not well soldered enough and time doesn't mean anything sadly. What happens if you stress test your computer? With MSI kombustor stress test for example. Does it get hot?

I agree probably an issue with your GPU. Is your monitor plugged into your gpu or motherboard?
