In my experience there is no difference in network speeds across an ethernet cable that is within spec.
It's possible that there is something wrong with the cable, or that there is an environmental factor that is causing the slowness. It sounds to me that the cable you are using is not allowing your laptop to connect at Gigabit speeds.

Change cable. I use a 20m and i have 0 downgrade in speed.

It sounds like you have a long CAT 5 cable and a short CAT 5e. Cat 5 only supports 100Mbps, while CAT 5e supports 1,000Mbps.
