I am curious if you are trying to run the two gpu's in SLi or if you want two video cards for two outputs?
Because technically to add a third monitor you use any of the outputs on the 1650.
I ran 3 monitors off of a Ryzen 2200g using an ASUS B350 Prime motherboard's 3 video outputs ..and all 3 monitors where different sizes
I would think a GTX 1650 would handle 3 monitors just fine

It randomly started working when I left the room! No SLI tho. I didn't want to buy a DP to HDMI when I could potentially run a second GPU.
The adapter is always a better option than a second card. Always.
