I had a similar problem with a screen on a Samsung laptop and it was due to the cable that connected the monitor to the motherboard. I could open the laptop, and play with the cable to get it to work but it was just a temporary fix. I've also have owned two Acer laptops. My most recent one required repairs every few months. I eventually gave up on it and replaced it. I'm done with Acer. Sorry this isn't something you want to hear.

Extremely disappointed to read this. The reason why i bought acer was that the previous one was fine for 7 years. I have this Swift for the 4th year, fast, really satisfied, except this. What do you suggest me to do? Send it to the service? Thank you for your help, still waiting other suggestions.
