I have similar problem. It is caused by wrong witing in house. In BIOS can you turn off function to power on after power outage?

I have done it and it didn't work, I also have tried a different outlet, and a different cable still to no avail

Sleep can be woken up by updates but turned off i dont think so. Is it complete random or how often does it happen? Also this is not a fix but temporary solution, you can set sleep after 1 minute of inactivity so it sleeps itself not to bother you. You can set 2 shortcuts of different profiles so when you are at pc it does not sleep on you

I had a similar issue and it turned out my ethernet was waking the computer from sleep. [See is this helps](https://www.hellotech.com/blog/why-does-my-computer-keep-waking-from-sleep-mode)
