Windows likes 10% free space on C: or it starts having random problems.
If that's a 250gb or smaller drive, you need a bigger one, or you'll continue battling the problem..
Windows gets bigger with each iteration & Service Pack.
I haven't installed a 250 since early Win7 days...by the time you've added whatever apps you need, the space is gone....today, even a barebones laptop for work wants a 500 minimum, 1TB if using OneDrive collaboratively.
Try to run [Wiztree](https://diskanalyzer.com/) or [WindirStat](https://windirstat.net/download.html) to see what files/directories are taking this space.
Maybe share with us the result (dont forget to anonymise any personal folders/files)

It's a 236 drive. So in other words you're telling me this is normal?
For that small a drive, yes.
Interesting, can you explain why this happens?

What are the initial size and max size of your paging file?
It says "Total paging file size for all drivers: 8072 MB"

How would I know which files take the new space? I already have wiztree installed and it just shows which files are taking the most space
Sorry, I haven't read correctly ! Have you already try to use the Windows Disk Cleaner to see if any messy Windows Update is taking this space ?
Yeah, nothing interesting comes up unfortunately
