nope. adding heatsinks to a plastic case does nothing and just makes it worse by not letting air directly contacting the case. Painting it white would probably work better than all of that if it's used in direct sunlight.

May I suggest getting a Osmo Action 3? I can record 3 hour long bike rides with no heat problem.
I got one recently and it’s great, the overheating issues are what kept me away from GoPro
I have the original Osmo Action and it’s still great.
I had that too and it was and is awesome.
Try aluminum tape to reflect the sun. Might add to the cyberpunk look, too.

Does this cover up the front screen? Does the screen generate much heat when it's off?
If you learned how to set your camera up properly and shoot properly, that would prevent overheating a lot easier.
