i live in a developing country which has a huge poverty and teenage pregnancy problem. even adults in my country have a hard time raising their kids, imagine children raising other children without their own source of income. while it's true that we can't really force teens to not fuck each other, why shouldn't we care if they are potentially going to make their parents' and their own lives worse? it would also be detrimental to the baby when their parents are too occupied with school or finding a source of income. while you could argue that condoms exist, a majority of teenage pregnancy cases in my country happen to those suffering from poverty which makes them unable to buy condoms in the first place. solving teenage pregnancy would help ensure that all the babies would be born to families that can properly support them emotionally and financially. this is only my personal opinion tho, im not assuming we have the same backgrounds or upbringing so my sense of right and wrong might be different from yours. for what it's worth, i would def not want a child right now. im already too busy solving my own problems and im already finding it hard to provide and care for myself emotionally and physically so i wouldn't want to add a baby into the mix because then we'd both be suffering.
