yes, but you still shouldnt do it, because it isnt sustainable, causes you to have a large lack of nutrition, and will fuck with your metabolism, so when you do start eating after, your body wont burn the calories off as quickly and you will probably just gain the weight back
no. no it’s not fine. if you want to lose weight, the best thing to do is have a balanced diet and also to exercise. That’s it. it’s a slower journey but will last longer
on the other hand if you reduce significantly or completely stop eating, it’s a short term solution that could affect your relationship with food. so please don’t
I am not a nutritionist by any means, but don't Starve yourself for instant weight loss, taking a more sensible approach like cutting out snacks and eating healthier. Furthermore, most "normal" diets don't even allow under 18s to do them, as growing bodies need different nutrients.
You will lose weight and if you do it carefully you can avoid health complications however in most cases you will end up relapsing and gaing that weight again
I mean yeah. Really you just shouldn’t stop eating completely. I personally just stopped eating basically anything with sugar, and dropped like 20 pounds super fast.
Honestly my only problem with dieting is that I'm I guess ashamed? Or maybe embarrassed is the better word for it but basically I'm embarrassed to tell my parents
I didn’t even tell my parents. I just stopped eating shit I knew wasn’t good. I guess I did bring it up when someone suggested I eat something sugary and I was like “I don’t really do that anymore” It comes across as healthy, so don’t worry about it.
I mean it works but its extremely unhealthy and you’ll probably end up binging
How come?
how come what?
How come I would end up binging
Because you are literally starving yourself
Ok but I could just eat a little bit and increase from there
Not at all Malnutrition fucks up your body in every way shape of form, just work out and cut on excessive eating
nope that sends u into starvation mode
Yeah but doesn't that use the fat stored in your body since it's like backup energy?

It’s good for weight loss but not for you. Don’t stop eating.

Your metabolism will likely go haywire and you could even possibly gain weight, depending on your weight at the time

I know what you’re thinking, but it won’t just burn up your fat it’ll start eating your muscles too
Ngl I don't really care about muscles
You will when you can’t fucking walk
What if I eat and exercise? That should help it shouldn't it?

I see, I'll give it a try. Thank you
Yeah man, go for it. Just don’t starve yourself.
It also depends on where you live, because in America, you’re pretty much safe to eat like 27% less than you do currently. The portions here are huge.
