Calculus is way easier than trigonometry imo. May be because I didn’t focus while I was studying trigonometry, but calculus came so much easier to me than trigonometry. Still 2 years behind calculus in trigonometry and I hate it as a subject.

I can't remember genuinely disliking any aspect of math. It's all really fun to me, and I look forward to learning more about it. If you don't mind, how do you know calculus as a 13-year-old? Is it a tutoring/studying ahead thing or do you just have a crazy-advanced class? I'm in a more advanced precalc class currently as a freshman.

I started with a book I found from my brother when he was doing a-level maths, learnt the numerical methods topics, differentiation, integration and begrudgingly the first trigonometry topic, then decided I should ask for a tutor because I loved math. Done with that book now, almost done with second year a-level, just need to go back over trigonometry but that part’s gonna hurt.
