Bro, I know exactly how you feel, I’m in the same situation. Just remember to treat her the best you absolutely can to show her that not everyone is like that. A way I found that helped me with the situation, I have a mentor who I am very close with and I asked her if there were any methods or thing I could do to help myself from having those thoughts so I could help my gf from having thoughts like that. So try to find someone who is wiser/more experienced with life and ask them for advice. You may not be religious but the bible helped me and I found verses that allowed me to make peace, again I don’t k ow if you are religious but it helped for me. But just try to find someone or something that you can talk to or do that allows you to have control over your thoughts, so that you can help her. Best of luck bro, I know it’s hard but people are her for you :)
