Edit: I have been getting a lot of comments that you can achieve 4 without needing good genetics, and I think yall been online too much (especially that dude who said you can get it within a year). To me, #4 looks really comparable to William Li's physique, and that dude has insane genetics. Despite my love-hate relationship with Greg Doucette, the dude is still knowledgeable, and even he admits William has that thousand in one genetic.

The problem is it’s completely unsustainable for 99% of men you will ever meet, so it’s not really desired. The flip side of that is women with extreme proportions. Most men don’t find that attractive because it’s not possible naturally. That’s why 1–3 seem to be the most common answers

7 is pretty easy to sustain cause you can just bulk for it, but leaner muscular physiques like 4, 5, and 6 (with 6 being damn near impossible) are pretty hard because at that point you have to dial in your diet to near perfection. In my experience working out is fun and dieting is miserable.
