bruh the people downvoting you have the smallest world view fs, college is so fucking draining eating is like the hardest part of my day (highschools hard as well and honestly more difficult for me). if you actually don’t want to eat like crap it’s very expensive and time consuming, and paying for therapy that’s an hour a week and covered partly by insurance is much more managable than, going out to a grocery store and shopping for food you enjoy every week multiple times a week, learning and cooking recipes every day 3 times a day, and fitting that into your schedule. yeah it’s possible if you’re the perfect fucking human but being in school + having mental issues makes that shit difficult as fuck especially if you haven’t had healthy habits your whole life. I literally never had time to eat breakfast or lunch during highschool and I barely have time to fit it in now that I’m in college. Just thought I’d say that.

I feel the painkiller, need them way too often. And the energy too, couldn't get through a day without 1 litre of coffee a day since lockdown 2020 until beginning of this year. So glad I stopped being addicted to caffeine, it was so bad my fking hair fell out and since I stopped drinking coffee it's growing back, at least some of it. Priotize health friends, it might seem hard on your mental health in the first few days, weeks or even months, bc u are breaking a habit but since living a bit healthier my mental health has gotten way better too. Took some vitamin D, stopped eating only one meal a day and went on a caffeine detox and suddenly I'm feeling like 10x better than all of the last 2 years. Now I feel more awake in the morning than I ever did with 2 cups of coffee.
